P1. Overview
This document describes what categories of data may be handled by the platform, why the data is used, and which practical controls are available. It applies to both public and authenticated parts of the Service.
P2. What data we process
A) Account/User data
- Contact and work profile data (for example email, name, company, when provided).
- Technical session and access data (for example authentication tokens and profile preferences).
B) Respondent data
- Survey answers and response-related metadata.
- In anonymous mode, responses are intended to be shown in aggregated form without personal linkage.
- In personalized mode, identifiers/attributes chosen by the organization may be processed (for example employee id or department).
C) Branding materials
- In branding scenarios, the Service may process uploaded logos or brand assets only to render the survey.
P3. Anonymous vs personalized mode
Survey mode is chosen by the survey creator within the organization and determines how results are presented.
- Anonymous mode: the platform is designed not to show personally identified answers to the survey owner; aggregate views are provided.
- Personalized mode: if enabled, the survey owner may access identified responses according to configured settings.
P4. How we use data
- To provide service features: survey creation, completion, analytics, and export.
- To protect platform security and prevent abuse.
- To improve product quality using aggregated signals.
- To provide support and handle user requests.
- To render survey branding according to organization settings.
P5. Sharing
We do not sell survey data. When applicable, we may use infrastructure, analytics, or email providers to operate the Service. Survey data is accessible to the organization that created the survey and its authorized users.
P6. Data retention
Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, historical analytics, and reporting. Users may request export or deletion; after service end, retention follows reasonable operational timelines.
P7. Security
We apply account-based access controls, role separation, data minimization practices, and technical monitoring. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed 100% secure.
P8. Cookies and local storage
The Service may use cookies or local storage for theme, language, sign-in session state, and other preferences required for stable interface behavior.
P9. User responsibilities
- Organizations should clearly inform respondents about response mode, especially when not anonymous.
- Users are responsible for lawful survey questions, communication, and data collection choices.
P10. Children
The Service is designed for business use and is not intended for children.
P11. Changes to policy
We may update this Policy as service features evolve. The updated date is shown on this page; continued service use means acceptance of the current version.
P12. Contact
For privacy-related questions, contact: metanit.contact@gmail.com or use the Contacts page.
P13. Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of data within the capabilities of the platform and your current plan.
