These Terms describe how NPS Office may be used for HR and NPS surveys. They apply to survey setup, link distribution, analytics access, and result handling.

S1. Definitions

For these Terms, the following core definitions apply:

  • Platform/Service means the NPS Office web product for creating and analyzing surveys.
  • User means a person or organization using the Service.
  • Respondent means a person who submits survey answers.
  • Survey means a set of questions created by a User.
  • NPS/eNPS means loyalty metrics based on the standard 0-10 scale.
  • Anonymous mode means responses are not shown as personally identified in reporting.
  • Personalized mode means responses may be linked to respondent identity when enabled by the User.
  • Content means questions, text, messages, and other materials submitted by the User.

S2. Acceptance of terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

S3. Service description

The Platform provides tools for HR/NPS survey creation, invitation links and templates, response collection, analytics, and data export.

The Service may include survey branding capabilities (logo, brand colors) depending on the selected plan.

  • Some features may be available only on paid plans.
  • Feature access depends on your selected plan.
  • Service capabilities listed on the website may be updated over time.

S4. Accounts and access

An account may be required to use certain features.

  • Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
  • Unauthorized account sharing is prohibited.
  • The Platform may suspend or restrict access in case of abuse or Terms violations.

S5. Surveys, links, and distribution

Users decide survey audience, internal communication channels, and invitation messaging within their organization.

  • In anonymous mode, reports show aggregated insights without personal identification.
  • In personalized mode, the User is responsible for lawful use and respondent communication.
  • Users are responsible for proper survey link distribution and communication practices.

S6. Respondent data and privacy

Users define survey configuration and data collection logic within their organization, including anonymity settings.

  • Users should clearly inform respondents about response mode and purpose.
  • The Platform follows data-minimization principles and favors aggregated reporting views.
  • Additional details are described in the privacy policy.

If the privacy policy page is being updated, baseline good-faith data handling principles shown in the Service still apply.

S7. User content and prohibited use

The Service must not be used for activities that harm respondents, the Platform, or third parties.

  • Illegal, discriminatory, abusive, or hateful content.
  • Collection of sensitive data without clear purpose and proper communication.
  • Attempts to de-anonymize respondents in anonymous mode.
  • Spam, rate-limit bypassing, or deliberate service overloading.
  • Misuse of integrations or automations beyond intended service use.

S8. Intellectual property

The Platform, interface, design, and software components belong to the Service owner or are used lawfully.

Users keep rights to their own content, while granting the Platform permission to process it for service delivery.

The User confirms the right to use logos and brand assets uploaded to the Service.

S9. Payments, plans, and cancellations

The Service may include free plans, paid subscriptions, and one-time custom options, when applicable.

  • Prices and plan limits may change over time.
  • Subscription cancellation stops future billing after the current paid period ends.
  • Data access and export scope depend on your active plan.

S10. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may be updated periodically.

  • Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance.
  • Features may be added, changed, or discontinued.
  • Material changes may be communicated via website notices or email.

S11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform does not guarantee specific business outcomes from analytics or recommendations.

Service liability is limited to reasonable boundaries consistent with SaaS service nature and these Terms.

S12. Termination

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

The Platform may suspend or terminate access for Terms breaches or risky behavior.
